How do I claim my Crumpler Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty?

Once you have submitted the form, your warranty claim will be assessed and you will receive a response within 1-2 business days.

What is covered?

What is not covered?

Our warranty does not cover any damage that results from misuse or abuse of the product. It does not cover normal wear and tear or damages such as abrasion, scratches or fading. The warranty also does not cover incidental or consequential damages, such as damage to, or loss of, the contents of a bag, loss of use, loss of time, or similar expenses.

Luggage (Vis-A-Vis 68 & 54 Models) Warranty:
We know luggage has to withstand a lot, which is why we make ours tough. Our luggage has been tested for all kinds of impact, dropping, kicking, and pushing. For a crack to occur it has to be subjected to improper use or extraordinary impact and like your favourite sneakers, our luggage will scuff, dint and scratch as you use it.

Essentially we see it as unavoidable, and character building. And as we can't personally supervise each baggage handler, this kind of wear and tear is considered normal. Our warranty does not cover any luggage wear and tear caused by improper use;
- scratches
- dents
- scuffs
- cracks

It does not cover any Crumpler products purchased in Europe, Africa or South America.
